Debbie

Debbie is the wife of Counselor Terry Lusher and also the co-owner of Encouraging Words Counseling Center.  She helped Terry build this business in 1994 and helped  it grow into what it is today.  Debbie is a major asset to Terry and the rest of the team here at Encouraging Words.  She provides constant support and encouragement to the team and the patients.

Office Manager

 Pamela Shirley is the Office Manager and Medical Biller at Encouraging Words Inc.  She brings with her 12 years of exerience in the medical field and she loves what she does. "Working with Terry and my daughter Jessica at Encouraging Words is such a rewarding experience.  Not only do I get to spend my working day wth family, but I also get to interact with wonderful clients who make this job exciting and fullfilling.  Being part of something good and healing is what I enjoy most about my job.  Knowing that I can make a difference in someone elses life just by the way I treat them on any given day makes me feel accomplished and fullfilled.  I look forward to each day meeting new clients and being able to help them in any way that I can." Pamela is an important asset to this company as well as to the team and the patients.  She is very outgoing and makes our clients feel comfortable and important.

 I enjoy my job, love the environment, and love working with the people who come in on a weekly basis.  Being a means of support for our clients makes me feel like I am fulfilling my purpose.  I have always wanted to make a difference and I feel like I am able to do so here at Encouraging Words Counseling Center.  Not only do I get to meet and interact with the sweetest people, but I also get to do so while being accompanied by my wonderful mother and my uncle.
